Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days to cancel an order or 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All items must also be in the original packaging.

  

Refunds

If you believe the item(s) to be faulty, we are happy for you to send the item back to the address listed below.

Once your item has been received, we will notify you to acknowledge we have received it, your item will then be inspected.

After inspection we will notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Any credits made are normally received within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

For non-faulty items shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
